Founded in 2001 as a small deli serving premium meat and sausage to the public. As the business grew they recognized a need in the local hospitality market for a supplier to deliver high-quality proteins and other premium products.
Our business has evolved since first starting out all those years ago. Locally owned and operated by Johnny and Lauren Proano we are ready to serve you, our esteemed clients, in any way we can. We are working to further expand our capacity, while also developing a retail front and get back to our roots of serving the general public in our community .
Operating out of a 12,000 SF facility we have the capability of filling large volume orders in a quick and efficient manner ensuring you get your product in a timely fashion.
